Wishing Well
The Wishing Well is a game play mechanic in Sunflower Land that rewards loyal farmers who provide liquidity in the game.
This is a gameplay feature where players can make a wish and be rewarded. It is not a staking feature. Players retain custody of their assets. You should never need to send the LP tokens to the well or anyone who asks you. Beware and always do your own research.
Whenever players 'withdraw' tokens from their farms, a tax is applied. Part of this tax is sent to the Wishing Well smart contract. This means that over time the Wishing Well accumulates a balance of SFL.
So how does someone access this SFL?
IMPORTANT: You do not need to send your LP tokens anywhere. Keep them in your personal wallet that added to the liquidity pool

- 2.Open Sunflower Land and click on the well.
- 3.Click 'Make Wish'

The well currently supports the SFL/MATIC Liquidity Pool Token on QuickSwap. If you have this token, you will be able to make a wish.
You must hold liquidity for 3 days if you want to be able to collect SFL from the well. If you remove or send the LP tokens elsewhere, you will not be able to recover anything from the well at the end of the 3 days.
Once you have made a wish, you must wait 3 days before you can come back and collect any SFL.

- 2.Click on the Wishing Well
- 3.Click on 'Grant Wish'
The amount of SFL you can collect is proportional to the amount of LP tokens you had at the time of making the wish. The more LP you have, the luckier you will be when accessing the well.
Once you collect your tokens another wish will be made for your automatically. You must wait another 3 days until another wish can be granted. If you withdraw liquidity during this time you will not be able to receive any tokens.
Each time a wish is made, either by you or automatically after a wish is granted, it is based on how many LP tokens you hold at the time the wish is made. So if you made a wish and had 10 LP tokens and then one day later add another 5 LP tokens, when this wish is granted the rewards will be based on the 10 LP tokens you held at the time the wish was made. The subsequent wish will be based on 15 LP tokens.
