# Farming Guide

Sunflower Land is designed as a journey — from a humble farmer planting seeds to a master explorer unlocking rare resources, crafting advanced items, and shaping the economy.

This guide gives a **high-level overview** of what players can do at each stage.

Start small, learn the basics, and grow your farm.

#### **Crops & Fruit** – Buy seeds at the market, plant & harvest for coins

Once established, your farm expands into new systems and challenges.

#### **Fishing** – Compost to create bait, chum the waters, and catch fish.

## 🔥 Late Game

High-level systems for experienced farmers.<br>

11. **Oil** – Extract oil on the Desert Island to fuel Crop Machines, Greenhouses, and speed up cooking.
12. **Obsidian** – Gather resources at Lava Pits to craft Obsidian, a high-end material for boosts.
13. **Pets** – Collect and feed pets; earn unique pet resources used in powerful shrines.
14. **Digging** – Explore the beach, solve puzzles, and uncover hidden treasures.
15. **Potion House** – Assist the Potion Master by crafting magical potions for rare prizes.

⚡ **Tip:** The game evolves every Chapter (every 3 months) with new mechanics, SFTs, and NFTs — so farming is always growing with you.

### ⚔️ Factions

As you progress, you’ll have the chance to **join a Faction** and align yourself with one of Sunflower Land’s communities:

* 🌻 **Sunflorians**
* 🧑‍🌾 **Bumpkins**
* 🌑 **Nightshades**
* 👺 **Goblins**

Once you’ve joined, you can take part in **weekly competitions**. These events pit players against each other in farming, crafting, or resource challenges.

* **Top performers within each faction** earn bonus rewards
