# Prohibited Conduct & Bans

SUNFLOWER LAND PROHIBITED CONDUCT AND FAIR PLAY POLICY

This Prohibited Conduct and Fair Play Policy (**Fair Play Policy**) forms part of, and is incorporated by reference into, the Sunflower Land Terms and Conditions available at <https://docs.sunflower-land.com/support/terms-of-service> (**Terms**). Capitalised terms used in this Fair Play Policy have the meaning given to them in the Terms. To the extent of any inconsistency between this Fair Play Policy and the Terms, the Terms will prevail.

This Fair Play Policy consolidates, in one place, the conduct that may result in your Account being suspended or terminated (**banned**). Engaging in any of the conduct set out below, attempting to do so, or facilitating, encouraging or assisting any other person to do so, constitutes a material breach of the Terms.

## 1. Automation & Tooling

You must not:

1. use any artificial intelligence tool, agent, model or assistant to automate, execute or materially assist any part of gameplay;
2. use any bot, script, macro, auto-clicker, scheduler, pixel-detection tool, or any other automation software or hardware in connection with the Platform;
3. interact directly with our private or internal APIs, or access the Platform other than through the game client and interfaces that we make available to players;
4. reverse engineer, duplicate, decompile, disassemble or decode any aspect of the Platform, or probe for, discover or attempt to access any undocumented endpoint, service, area or code of the Platform;
5. run the Platform in any emulator, headless client, modified client or altered environment that is designed or adapted to automate play, misrepresent play, or bypass or circumvent any measure employed to prevent or limit access to the Platform; or
6. exploit any bug, glitch, vulnerability or unintended mechanic of the Platform. If you discover a bug or exploit, you must promptly report it to us (see [Discord & Helpdesk](/support/discord-and-helpdesk.md)) and must not use it, disclose it to any other person, or benefit from it.

## 2. Multi-Accounting & Account Integrity

You may only have up to 1 Account and up to 1 farm per Account (clause 7.3 of the Terms). You must not:

1. create, register, operate, control or benefit from more than one Account, whether directly or indirectly, including through any other person;
2. share your Account with, or access an Account on behalf of, any other person. This includes sharing an Account with family or household members — each individual player must hold and play their own Account;
3. use another person's Account, or permit any other person to use your Account, whether paid or unpaid; or
4. buy, sell, rent or transfer multiple Accounts at the same time. If you commence playing on a new Account (including a farm acquired by transfer), you must permanently cease all activity on any other Account or farm.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs on your Account, whether or not that activity was authorised by you (clause 6.4 of the Terms).

## 3. Funnelling & Asset Consolidation

You must not:

1. funnel or transfer resources, items, tokens or NFTs across Accounts in order to consolidate them in a single Account or wallet, including for the purpose of group sale;
2. coordinate with any other Account or person to concentrate rewards, resources or Assets into a single Account or wallet address;
3. create, operate or use any "feeder" or "farm" Account whose purpose is to supply, fund or otherwise benefit another Account;
4. play on behalf of another person, or have another person play on your behalf, whether paid or unpaid; or
5. enter into or participate in any arrangement under which the control, proceeds or earnings of a single Account are shared or split between two or more people.

Funnelling to a single wallet address has been a method used by multi-accounts and bots to extract value and profit from the game. Any transfer of $FLOWER (or tokens swapped from $FLOWER) to another player's Account or a shared wallet address, or the funding of multiple Accounts from a single source wallet, will be treated as funnelling and may result in your Account being terminated. If you wish to trade, we strongly advise using the in-game marketplace.

## 4. NFTs, Trading & the Game Economy

You must not:

1. engage in wash trading, market manipulation, or the artificial inflation or manipulation of the price or perceived value of any NFT, token or in-game item;
2. use fraudulent, stolen or illicitly obtained funds or Assets, or buy, sell or transfer any item obtained without authorisation or in violation of any law; or
3. make any attempt to circumvent our fee systems.

## 5. General

1. You must not engage in any other activity that, in our reasonable opinion, undermines fair play, the integrity of the game economy, or the security or stability of the Platform.
2. We reserve the right to investigate, suspend or ban Accounts, and to reverse, remove or confiscate any Assets, rewards, tokens or other value obtained through, or in connection with, a violation of this Fair Play Policy or the Terms.
3. Violations may result in permanent bans applied across all associated Accounts, farms and wallet addresses, and disqualification from any airdrop, referral, competition or reward program.

## 6. Detection & Enforcement

We monitor for behaviour that indicates a breach of this Fair Play Policy or the Terms. The signals we rely on include, but are not limited to:

* multiple Accounts accessed from shared devices, wallets or networks;
* gameplay patterns that are inconsistent with normal human play;
* activity sustained over unusually long periods without breaks;
* interaction or input patterns that suggest automated input; and
* software accessing parts of our systems that are not intended for player use.

A number of additional behavioural and technical signals feed into this review, and we deliberately do not disclose the full list. If your Account's activity is consistent with the prohibited conduct described above, it may be flagged, suspended or investigated regardless of intent.

We may suspend your Account while we investigate a suspected breach (clause 20.3 of the Terms). We are not required to give prior warning before taking enforcement action, and all enforcement decisions are made in our sole discretion in accordance with the Terms.

## 7. Clarifications

* **Households**: More than one player may live in the same household, but each player must have their own Account and their own wallet, must not fund another household member's Account, and must not transfer value between their Accounts. A shared network or device is a signal we review — it is not, on its own, an automatic ban — but the prohibitions on funnelling and account sharing above still apply.
* **Buying an existing farm**: Farms are NFTs and may be transferred; however, a farm carries its history with it. If a farm has been used in breach of this Fair Play Policy, it may be banned or have items removed even after transfer. We do not recommend purchasing and using another person's farm.
* **Authorised tools**: Tools, integrations and APIs that we expressly authorise (for example, the documented Portal APIs used in accordance with the [Portal Terms of Service](/contributing/portals-ugc/portal-terms-of-service.md)) are not prohibited by this Fair Play Policy, provided they are not used to automate gameplay.
* **Reporting**: To report a suspected bot, multi-account, exploit or other breach of this Fair Play Policy, contact us via [Discord & Helpdesk](/support/discord-and-helpdesk.md).
