Welcome to the Bumpkin Design Competition! As a community game, we know that our players are not just players but artists, creators, and innovators. We want to celebrate and showcase the brilliant artists within our community, which is why we are hosting this competition.
We invite you to unleash your creativity and design clothing and wearables for the Bumpkins. This is your opportunity to let your imagination run wild and create something truly unique and original that will be showcased in-game for all to see.
Our team of artists will choose a winner each month, who will receive 1000 SFL, and a runner-up who will receive 500 SFL. But this competition is not just about the prize money; it's about showcasing your incredible talent and being part of our community. Your art will be showcased inside of the game and become a core part of Sunflower Land!

Terms & Conditions
Introduction The Bumpkin Design Competition ("Competition") is sponsored by Sunflower Land Game ("Sponsor"). By submitting your artwork, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions").
Eligibility The Competition is open to all members of the Sunflower Land Game community who are at least 18 years of age. Employees of the Sponsor, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate in the Competition.
Submission Guidelines Participants must submit their original artwork designs for Bumpkin characters' clothing and wearables, including a full version of their art and an NPC version. Participants must ensure that their artwork does not infringe on any third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, or privacy rights. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates these guidelines or is deemed inappropriate.
Selection of Winners Winners will be selected each month by the Sponsor's art team, based on creativity, originality, and adherence to the guidelines. The first-place winner will receive 1000 SFL, and the runner-up will receive 500 SFL. Winners will be announced during a live stream by the Sponsor's art team and their artwork will be showcased in the game for other players to view.
Ownership and Use of Artwork By submitting their artwork, participants acknowledge that they are the original creators and owners of the artwork and have not plagiarized or otherwise violated any third-party rights. The Sponsor retains the right to use, reproduce, and display the artwork in any medium or format, including in-game and on the Sponsor's website and social media channels, without further compensation to the artist.
Publicity By participating in the Competition, participants agree to allow the Sponsor to use their name, likeness, and artwork for promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation or notification.
Disqualification and Termination The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Terms and Conditions or engages in fraudulent or inappropriate conduct. The Sponsor may terminate or modify the Competition at any time without prior notice.
Limitation of Liability The Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be responsible for any loss, damage, or injury of any kind arising from or in connection with the Competition, including but not limited to technical malfunctions, lost or delayed entries, or errors in the selection of winners.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [insert state/country]. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Competition will be resolved exclusively through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the [insert arbitration association] and the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) will be final and binding.
Entire Agreement These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Sponsor and participants with respect to the Competition and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral.
Ownership and Use of Artwork By submitting their artwork, participants acknowledge that they are the original creators and owners of the artwork and have not plagiarized or otherwise violated any third-party rights. Participants agree that their artwork may be tokenized, traded, and sold amongst players without any royalties or commission owed to the artist. Participants grant Sunflower Land Game the full rights to use their artwork in any capacity, including in-game, marketing, NFT, or any other use deemed appropriate by the Sponsor, without further compensation to the artist.
