Hoard Limits
Hoard limit is the limit of items that you can store in the Off-chain servers above the items in the blockchain. Every item has a different hoard limit.
For example, Eggplants have a hoard limit of 600. Let's say you have 1000 Eggplants stored on the blockchain. That means you can store up till 1600 in your farm before you have to store your progress on chain.

When players reach a certain limit of items, we require that they store these items on the Blockchain for security purposes and to ensure our on-chain supply can more accurately reflect in-game amounts.
You can see the per-store hoarding limits by resource in

On top of a hoard limit, SFL also has a daily limit of 255 SFL minted on chain per farm. This means that if a player hit the SFL hoard limit again in the same game day, they will be restricted from all actions until 0000 UTC the following day.
There are plenty of community tools that you can use to view and manage your hoard limits. You can view some of these on our Discord under Official Links channel: https://discord.gg/sunflowerland
