When using our Platform, you may have access to Pumpkin Plaza, a metaverse where users can interact with each other and trade Game Assets (Pumpkin Plaza). In order to protect the experience and the safety of our Platform, there are limitations on the types of conduct and behaviour that we permit, including when you are using Pumpkin Plaza. These limitations are set out below. As a user of Pumpkin Plaza, you agree: a) to comply with the rules set out in this policy (which constitute our Chatroom Policy); b) that any personal information you share with us will be treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy available at ; and c) that this Chatroom Policy applies to you in addition to the Sunflower Land Terms and Conditions available at , and that any capitalised terms in this Chatroom Policy have the meaning given to them in the Sunflower Terms and Conditions. To the extent of any ambiguity between this Chatroom Policy and the Sunflower Land Terms and Conditions, the Sunflower Land Terms and Conditions will prevail. If you fail to comply with our Chatroom Policy, then we may, in our sole discretion: · suspend or terminate your Account; · temporarily limit your access to our Platform, or your ability to post on public forums (including Discord); · delete content posted by you; and/or · require you to delete content that is prohibited or inappropriate as outlined in this Chatroom Policy and/or as otherwise deemed as such by us in our sole discretion. Please note that, from time to time, we may need to change this Chatroom Policy and we reserve the right to do so. You can always access the most current version of this Chatroom Policy at . Any new Chatroom Policy will apply to you once the new policy is posted on our Platform and your use of the Platform and/or Pumpkin Plaza after the new Chatroom Policy is posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Chatroom Policy. Terms and Conditions: *Misleading Conduct* You may not impersonate individuals, groups, or organisations in a manner that misleads others. This includes, for example, by trading Game Assets that you do not own. Further, you may not falsely represent or otherwise imply that you are affiliated with or endorsed by another individual or entity. *Content* We encourage you to interact with other users on Pumpkin Plaza and you may be permitted to post, upload, publish, submit or transmit relevant information and content (User Content). If you make any User Content available, you grant to us a worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive, transferable, royalty-free licence to use the User Content, with the right to use, view, copy, adapt, modify, distribute, licence, transfer, communicate, public display, publicly perform, transmit, stream, broadcast, access or otherwise exploit such User Content on, through or by means of Pumpkin Plaza and the Platform. You agree that you are solely responsible for all User Content that you make available on Pumpkin Plaza and you represent and warrant that: a) you are either the sole and exclusive owner of all User Content, or you have all rights, licenses, consents and releases that are necessary to grant us the right sin such User Content; and b) neither the User Content nor the posting, uploading, publication, submission or transmission of the User Content or our use of the User Content on, through or by means of Pumpkin Plaza or the Platform will infringe, misappropriate or violate a third party’s intellectual property rights, or rights of publicity or privacy, or result in the violation of any applicable law or regulation. *Prohibition of Promotion and Solicitation* Participants are prohibited from promoting or soliciting any projects, products, or services in the Pumpkin Plaza, including but not limited to, shilling, advertising, and selling. *Private information* You may not publish or post other people's private information without their express authorisation and permission. Definitions of private information may vary depending on local laws. Please read our Privacy Policy (link provided above). *Spam* You must not use Pumpkin Plaza to send spam or other unsolicited messages, including by collecting emails to submit to, or otherwise create, a mailing list. *Tampering with Pumpkin Plaza* You must not do or attempt to do anything: that is unlawful; prohibited by any laws applicable to Pumpkin Plaza; which we would consider inappropriate; or which might bring us or our Platform into disrepute. *Violence* You may not make specific threats of violence or wish for the serious physical harm, death, or disease of an individual or group of people. This includes, but is not limited to, threatening or promoting terrorism. *Abuse* You may not engage in the targeted harassment of someone, or incite other people to do so. We consider abusive behaviour an attempt to harass, intimidate, or silence someone else’s voice. *Child sexual exploitation* You may not promote child sexual exploitation. If you find content that relates to child sexual exploitation, you must report it to us, using the “tag inappropriate content” button or similar. Any content that relates to child sexual exploitation will be removed from the platform immediately, without further notice. *Unwanted sexual advances* You may not direct abuse at someone by sending unwanted sexual content, objectifying them in a sexually explicit manner, or otherwise engaging in sexual misconduct. *Intimate media* You may not post or share intimate photos or videos of someone that were produced or distributed without their consent. You may not threaten to expose someone’s private information or intimate media. You also may not threaten to hack or break into someone’s digital information. *Hateful conduct* You may not promote violence against, threaten, or harass other people on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, religious affiliation, age, disability, or serious disease. *Hateful imagery and display names* You may not use hateful images in your profile picture or hateful symbols in your display name.
