Themes and how to submit art
Each competition begins with an announcement of a GitHub Discussion link in the #art-announcements channel. Before diving in, ensure you've claimed your artist role here to unlock access to the artist channels.

When are the winners decided?
The winners will be decided by the artist team during the last week of each month. Please note that this timeline may adjust according to the art team's schedule or the need for additional time to review submissions.

Terms & Conditions
Eligibility: This competition is open to all Sunflower Land Game players who are at least 18 years old or of legal age in their country of residence. By participating in this competition, participants agree to these terms and conditions.
How to Enter: Players can submit their artwork on the Sunflower Land Game social media channels or the official website. Each competition will have a different theme, and players can submit one entry per competition. The artwork must be an original creation and not violate any third-party rights.
Prizes: The standard prize for each competition is as follows: one winner, selected by the Sunflower Land Game team, will receive 1000 SFL, while a runner-up will receive 500 SFL. However, the number of winners and the prize amounts may vary depending on the specific competition. Winners will be announced by the Art Team on the art-announcements channel on Discord. The winning art will also be showcased on the official Sunflower Land Game social media channels and in-game for other players to view.
Ownership and Use of Artwork: By submitting their artwork, participants acknowledge that they are the original creators and owners of the artwork and have not plagiarized or otherwise violated any third-party rights. Participants grant Sunflower Land Game the full rights to use their artwork in any capacity, including in-game, marketing, social media, or any other use deemed appropriate by the Sponsor, without further compensation to the artist.
Judging Criteria: The Sunflower Land Game team will judge each entry based on the following criteria: creativity, originality, adherence to the theme, and overall quality. The judges' decision is final and binding.
Disqualification: Sunflower Land Game reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates these terms and conditions, is inappropriate, offensive, or does not adhere to the monthly theme.
General Terms and Conditions: Sunflower Land Game reserves the right to modify or cancel this competition at any time for any reason. Sunflower Land Game also reserves the right to disqualify any participant or entry in its sole discretion. The sponsor is not responsible for any technical malfunctions, lost or delayed entries, or any other issues that may affect a participant's ability to enter or win the competition.
