$FLOWER is the new token for Sunflower Land, replacing the previous $SFL token. This transition ensures no Bumpkin is left behind—whether your tokens are in-game or on exchanges, we’ll make this a seamless experience for you.
🌟 Roll-Out Schedule
March 21st: $SFL deposits and withdrawals are disabled.
April 1st: In-game $SFL will automatically migrate to $FLOWER.
May 1st: $FLOWER withdrawals and trading on BASE begin.
Note: These dates are tentative and may change based on technical, exchange, or campaign developments.
🎮 In-Game Exchange
If you have $SFL in Sunflower Land, great news! The migration will be automatic, requiring no action from you.
Before April 1st: You can continue earning and spending $SFL as usual.
On April 1st: Your $SFL will instantly be exchanged for $FLOWER.
Enjoy uninterrupted gameplay and token earnings throughout the process!
🌐 Out-of-Game Exchange
For $SFL tokens held in personal wallets or liquidity pools:
Before April 1st: You can continue trading $SFL on decentralized exchanges like Quick-swap.
After April 1st: $SFL tokens outside the game will not automatically migrate.
You can continue to trade $SFL after the migration date on Polygon.
A custom smart contract will be available after $FLOWER launches. This allows you to:
Burn your $SFL on Polygon.
Receive $FLOWER on BASE.
You can exchange your tokens at your convenience once this functionality is live.
🚜 Earning In-Game
Keep playing Sunflower Land and earning tokens through deliveries and the Marketplace.
April 1st - May 1st: $FLOWER replaces $SFL in-game, but withdrawals will be temporarily disabled for security reasons.
🚀 $FLOWER Launch
On May 1st, $FLOWER withdrawals will be enabled, and the token will be tradable on BASE.

What happens to $SFL in liquidity pools?
$SFL in liquidity pools will be unaffected. Players can keep $SFL in liquidity pools and decide when they want to exchange for $FLOWER.
Can I still trade $SFL after the migration?
Yes - $SFL is a decentralised token that will always exist on Polygon.
What happens to Merkl rewards?
After the launch of $FLOWER, Merkl rewards will cease on Polygon.
Should I hold $SFL in the game or my personal wallet?
We cannot provide recommendations on this as everyone is different! Are you looking to spend it in game? Or are you looking to trade it during the migration period?
What happens to the $SFL stuck in game?
$SFL on your farms during the migration period will be swapped for $FLOWER. That $SFL will not be burnt, instead it will remain locked on your farm NFT can cannot be withdrawn.
When can $FLOWER be bridged cross chain?
Once the omni-chain support is added for Polygon, players will be able to exchange their out-of-game $SFL for $FLOWER.
Why are the withdrawals & deposits disabled during the migration?
For security reasons, we will not allow these actions to ensure the $FLOWER rollout is smooth and game is ready for the scale to come.
