✏️Sunflower Land Buds T&Cs
Introduction
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the purchase, ownership, and use of the Sunflower Land Buds non-fungible tokens ("NFTs") offered by Sunflower Land, a service provided by Thought Farm Pty Ltd.
The Sunflower Land Buds NFTs are primarily designed for gaming purposes within the Sunflower Land platform. They are not endorsed or promoted for speculative or investment purposes.
By participating in the Sunflower Land Buds drop, you agree to abide by these Terms and any other rules or guidelines set forth by Sunflower Land.
Purchase and Ownership
Purchasing an NFT from the Sunflower Land Buds drop grants you a non-exclusive, transferable, and global license to use, display, and distribute the NFT in accordance with the Sunflower Land platform's guidelines.
All sales are final. Once you purchase an NFT, you cannot receive a refund or exchange it for another NFT.
Usage Rights
The NFTs from the Sunflower Land Buds drop are for personal use only. Any commercial use, including but not limited to reproduction, distribution, and sale without the express permission of Sunflower Land, is strictly prohibited.
You may not use the NFTs in any manner that suggests an association with or endorsement by Sunflower Land or Thought Farm Pty Ltd unless explicitly stated.
Limitation of Liability
Sunflower Land and Thought Farm Pty Ltd are not responsible for any loss, damage, or unauthorized access to your NFTs or your Sunflower Land account.
You acknowledge the inherent risks associated with blockchain-based assets and agree to hold Sunflower Land and Thought Farm Pty Ltd harmless from any adverse consequences.
Compliance with Local Laws
You are responsible for ensuring that your participation in the Sunflower Land Buds drop complies with local laws and regulations. Sunflower Land and Thought Farm Pty Ltd are not responsible for any non-compliance.
Amendments
Sunflower Land reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to participants, and continued participation in the drop will constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.
Sunflower Land also reserves the right to make changes to the Sunflower Land Buds roadmap. Participants acknowledge that the roadmap may evolve over time, and Sunflower Land is not bound to execute any specific feature or functionality mentioned in the roadmap.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Thought Farm Pty Ltd operates. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
